  On Friday, May 25, 2018 from 18:00 - 21:00 in room A2, 122 Grigoriou Lambrakis, we invite the undergraduate and postgraduate students of the Department of Informatics to the lecture by Mr. Pantelis Panos, Director General of the American School of Classical Studies in Athens ( ASKSA), with the theme "Administrative and Cultural Project of the American School of Classical Studies in Athens from 1881 to the present day", which will be held within the framework of the "Digital Culture" direction, of the "Advanced Informatics Systems" Program, of the Department of Informatics of the University Piraeus.

Enabling Innovation."

  On Monday, December 18, 2017, at 13:30, in the Conference Hall of the University of Piraeus, a speech by Prof. Dr.-Ing. Johann-Dietrich 'Jan' Woerner, Director General of the European Space Agency (ESA), titled "Space 4.0. Enabling Innovation," will take place as part of his official visit to Greece. The event is organized by the Master's Program (M.Sc.) in Advanced Information Systems of the Department of Informatics at the University of Piraeus and is held under the auspices of the Ministry of Digital Policy, Telecommunications, and Information.

  With great success, on Saturday, June 24, 2017, at 15:00, the panel titled "Studies in Computer Science - Telecommunications as a Catalyst for Development and Progress, Employment Prospects" was organized at the Technopolis of the Municipality of Athens in Gazi (Amphitheater (9.84)).
