Euthymios Alepis completed his Ph.D. in the Department of Informatics at the University of Piraeus in February 2009. In 2010, he was elected Lecturer, in 2013 he became an Associate Professor, and in 2020 he was appointed as an Assistant Professor in the field of "Object-Oriented Programming in Software Technology Applications" in the Department of Informatics. He teaches a significant number of postgraduate courses and has been a member of the Teaching and Research Staff of the Hellenic Open University since 2012.

Dr. Alepis is an author and co-author of over 90 scientific articles published in international journals, chapters in scientific books, and international conferences. His current research interests include object-oriented programming, applications for smart mobile devices, user-computer interface design, educational software, and Android software security.

Dimitrios D. Vergados is a Professor in the Department of Informatics at the University of Piraeus, Director of the M.Sc. Programm "Digital Culture, Smart Cities, IoT and Advanced Digital Technologies", Director of the "Digital Culture, Smart Cities, Internet of Things (IoT) and Advanced Digital Technologies and Services Lab", Chairman of the General Assembly of the Hellenic Foundation for Research and Innovation (ELIDEK), UNESCO Chair Holder: "Creative Cities in Motion: Urban Sustainable Mobility and Utilization of Cultural Resources”.

His research interests are in the area of Computer Networks and Communications, Telecommunication Systems, Wireless and Mobile Communications, Internet of Things (IoT) and Advanced Digital Technologies, Smart Technologies, Cloud Computing, Digital Image Processing and Analysis, Sustainable Ecosystems and Smart Cities, Management of Digital Cultural Content, Intellectual Property,Personal Data Protection, and Regulatory Issues.

He has several publications in journals, books and conference proceedings.

Dr. Christos Douligéris received his Diploma in Electrical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) in 1984. He then pursued his graduate studies at Columbia University in New York, USA, where he obtained his MS, MPhil, and PhD degrees in 1985, 1987, and 1990, respectively. He held the position of Assistant Professor at the University of Miami in the United States and is currently a professor in the Department of Informatics at the University of Piraeus in Greece.

Dr. Douligéris has held various positions of responsibility and leadership throughout his career. He served as the President and CEO of Hellenic Electronic Governance S.A. (H.DI.K.A. S.A.), a member of the Executive Secretariat of the National Council for e-Business, and a member of the Board of Directors of the Greek Computer Society.
He has received scholarships from the State Scholarships Foundation (IKY) for technology transfer from Greek professionals abroad to Greece in 1987 and from the Fulbright Foundation for cooperation with the National Agricultural Research Foundation in 1988.

Dr. Douligéris has an extensive publication record in international journals and conference proceedings in the field of telecommunications. He has participated in numerous research and development programs and has been honored with several awards for his work. His research has been cited over 6,000 times by international scientists. He has been invited to deliver keynote speeches at major international conferences in the field of computer science and telecommunications. He has also served as a guest editor for the special issue of the IEEE Communications Magazine on "Security for Telecommunication Networks" and co-authored the book "Network Security: Current Status and Future Directions" published by IEEE Press/John Wiley. He serves on the editorial boards of several reputable journals in the field of communications. Furthermore, he has written books for higher education, such as "Internet Technologies," "High-Demand Networks: Principles and Applications," and "Signal and System Principles and Applications," as well as books taught in technical and general high school education.

Dr. Douligéris has organized and chaired international conferences and symposia in the fields of communications, security, and informatics. He has also served as a chair or member of evaluation committees for numerous international competitions and award selections. His research has been funded by Greek and international organizations, including the General Secretariat for Research and Technology, the European Commission, the National Science Foundation, and the United States Coast Guard.

He has supervised over 15 doctoral dissertations, over 100 master's theses, and numerous undergraduate projects.

His research interests focus on computer networks with an emphasis on security, protocols, and their applications, such as precision agriculture, e-health, and the Internet of Things. He also concentrates on studying the potential of information and communication technologies at all levels of education.

Charalampos Konstantopoulos received his diploma in Computer Engineering from the Department of Computer Engineering and Informatics at the University of Patras in 1993, and he earned his Ph.D. in Computer Science from the same department in 2000. He is currently an Assistant Professor at the Department of Informatics at the University of Piraeus, specializing in "Algorithms and Complexity."

His research interests include parallel and distributed algorithms, mobile computing, algorithmic issues in sensor networks, as well as algorithmic techniques for optimization problems. He is also an Experienced Collaborating Researcher at the Institute of Computer Technology and Publications "Diophantus." He has published more than 90 articles in reputable international scientific journals and conference proceedings, with publishers such as IEEE, Springer, Elsevier, Wiley, and ACM. He has also contributed seven chapters in books published by well-known publishers. He has served as a program committee member for several recognized international conferences, as a member of the editorial board for two renowned international journals, as a reviewer for articles in well-known international journals, and as an invited reviewer for four journal issues. Additionally, he is the editor of a collective volume published by Springer.

Furthermore, he has participated as a researcher in numerous research and development projects funded by the European Commission and the Greek government.

Dr. Michael Philippakis has been an Associate Professor in the Department of Digital Systems at the University of Piraeus since November 2018. Since December 2013, he has been a member of the Teaching and Research Staff of the Department of Digital Systems at the University of Piraeus, initially as an Assistant Professor. Dr. Philippakis holds a Ph.D. from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) and a Bachelor's degree with honors from the Department of Mathematics at the University of Ioannina. He also holds a postgraduate degree.

He has taught various courses and subjects at undergraduate and postgraduate levels at Universities, including the National Technical University of Athens, Military Academies, and Technological Institutes. These courses cover a wide range of topics, such as Mathematical Analysis, Applied Analysis, Financial Mathematics, Quantitative Methods and Applications, Probability Theory, Operations Research, Discrete Mathematics, Applied Linear Algebra, the use of Symbolic Languages in Mathematical Physics problems using Matlab, and digital system simulation using Matlab-Mathematica, among others.

His research interests focus on nonlinear problems with partial differential equations, optimization problems, game theory, and image processing problems. He has published over 63 scientific articles in international journals and conference proceedings. His work has received over 430 citations in the international literature, and he has also served as a referee for several international journals. Dr. Philippakis is the author of seven academic books and has participated in numerous international scientific conferences. He has also served as a reviewer for scientific journals, conference proceedings, and books. Additionally, he has participated in several international research programs.

Associate Professor Angelos Pikrakis, with a research focus on Signal Processing with an emphasis on audio-voice, is a faculty member of the Department of Informatics at the University of Piraeus and an affiliate member of the Institute of Language and Speech Processing (ILSP). His research interests lie in the area of sound analysis, with a focus on machine learning algorithms such as Deep Neural Networks, Hidden Markov Models, Bayesian architectures, and sequence mapping methods. He is currently supervising three doctoral dissertations related to these research areas.

Dr. Pikrakis has authored two internationally recognized books and has published over 50 articles in international scientific journals and conferences with peer review. His publications have received over 1500 citations (h-index=18, Google Scholar). He has received several accolades, including a Best Paper Award, a first-place position in an algorithm competition, and the Meritorious Service Award for the year 2019 from the European Association for Signal Processing (EURASIP).

He serves as the scientific coordinator of a program funded by ELIDEK (Hellenic Foundation for Research and Innovation) and has participated in various research programs funded by the General Secretariat for Research and Technology (GSRT) and the European Union (EU) as a member of research teams over the past fifteen years.

Dr. Pikrakis is a member of the editorial board of the EURASIP Journal on Advances in Signal Processing (since 2008) and has contributed for over ten years as a co-organizer, member of the organizing committee, and reviewer for international journals and conferences such as IEEE ICIP, IEEE ICASSP, and EUSIPCO. He was born in 1970 and holds a Diploma in Computer Engineering and Informatics from the University of Patras (1993) and a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (2002).

Constantinos Patsakis is currently assistant professor at the Department of Informatics, University of Piraeus and adjunct researcher at the Institute for the Management of Information Systems (IMIS) of Athena Research and Innovation Centre.
His first degree is in Mathematics from the University of Athens, Greece and then he continued with a M.Sc. in Information Security from Royal Holloway, University of London. He obtained my PhD in Security from the Department of Informatics of University of Piraeus. His main areas of research include cryptography, security, privacy and data anonymization.
In the past he worked as Researcher at the UNESCO Chair in Data Privacy at the Rovira i Virgili University (URV) of Tarragona, Catalonia, Spain and as a Research Fellow at Trinity College, Dublin Ireland.

Dr. Dionisios N. Sotiropoulos is currently holding the position of Assistant Professor at the Department of Computer Science at the University of Piraeus. He received his PhD. in Computer Science from the Department of Informatics at the University of Piraeus, Greece in 2011. He holds a B. Sc. degree in Computer Science since 2003.

He has worked as a post-doctoral researcher at Athens University of Economics and Business in the Department of Management Science and Technology as a member of SocioMine. He has also been a visiting researcher at Norwich Business School, University of East Anglia.

His primary research interests are in the areas of machine learning, data mining, evolutionary computing and signal processing, and applications in user modeling, information retrieval and intelligent software systems. His interest in Digital Social Media focuses on the development of bio-inspired machine learning algorithms for data mining purposes within the context of digital social networks.

Evangelos Sakkopoulos is an Associate Professor in the Department of Informatics at the University of Piraeus, specializing in Personalized Software Technology. He received his Ph.D. from the Department of Computer Engineering and Informatics at the Polytechnic School of the University of Patras.

His research interests include Personalized Software Technology, Mobile Device Programming, Web Programming, and more. Associate Professor Ioannis Tasoulas. Ioannis Tasoulas holds a Ph.D. from the University of Piraeus in the field of Computer Mathematics. Since November 2017, he has been an Associate Professor at the Department of Informatics at the University of Piraeus. Ioannis Anagnostopoulos was born in Athens in 1975. He received his diploma from the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Technology of the University of Patras in 1998 and his PhD from the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering of the National Technical University of Athens in 2004. Today he is an Associate Professor at the Department of Informatics with Applications in Biomedicine at the University of Thessaly. He is a Lecturer in the Postgraduate Program (P.M.S.) "Digital Culture, Smart Cities, Internet of Things" of the University of Piraeus. His research interests focus on Internet Technologies and Applications, the Semantic Web, the Internet of Things (IoT) and Interconnected Data. Dr. Gerasimos Razis received his bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Department of Informatics at the University of Piraeus in 2011, his master's degree in Advanced Internet Technologies from the University of Manchester in the United Kingdom in 2012, and his Ph.D. in Computer Science with applications in Biomedicine from the Department of Informatics at the University of Thessaly in 2019. Currently, he is a postdoctoral researcher in the same department.

Since 2013, Dr. Razis has been teaching courses in the broader field of Information Organization and Interconnection, either as an adjunct lecturer or independently, in undergraduate and postgraduate programs at the University of Thessaly and the University of Piraeus. Some indicative courses he has taught include "Knowledge Semantic Representation," "Graph Theory," "Data Structures," and "Data Analysis."

Since 2017, he has been working as a Product Manager at Atypon, a subsidiary of Wiley. In this role, he is responsible for managing the Taxonomies and Natural Language Processing teams, with a focus on Machine Learning technologies. In the past, he has worked as a Knowledge Engineer (2014-2016) and a Software Engineer (2006-2008) both in the private sector and in purely research projects.

His research interests include semantic knowledge representation, linked data, internet technologies, social network analysis, and artificial intelligence. He has published 20 papers in international journals and conference proceedings.

Christos-Nikolaos Anagnostopoulos is a Professor of Computer Science and the Director of the Intelligent Systems Laboratory (i-lab.aegean.gr) at the Department of Cultural Technology and Communication at the University of the Aegean since 2006. The laboratory conducts research and development in the field of Digital Cultural Heritage, using modern technologies for documentation, digitization, digital restoration, and promotion of cultural assets.

He holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens. He has extensive experience in projects related to the management and promotion of cultural and religious heritage, including printed and audiovisual content. He has also been involved in the digitization, documentation, and visualization of small-scale and large-scale monuments, as well as archaeological research, using new technologies such as aerial and terrestrial scanning, projection, and mixed reality, contributing to their preservation, promotion, and digital reconstruction.

His work includes digitizing material and intangible church heritage using modern methods and tools such as portable 3D scanners, photogrammetry, and high-resolution photography. He has also been involved in the design and mapping of cultural/touristic routes, digital storytelling, personalized user experiences, and serious games.

As part of these projects, he has authored over 200 scientific publications in international conferences and reputable journals. Since 2003, he has taught numerous courses on Digital Culture at the undergraduate level and in postgraduate programs such as the M.Sc. in "Cultural Informatics" (University of the Aegean), "Digital Culture" (University of Piraeus), and "Monument Management" (National and Kapodistrian University of Athens). Since 2020, he has been recognized as one of the top 2% most influential researchers in the field of Artificial Intelligence and Image Processing (Stanford University, Elsevier) based on the citations his work has received.

Despina Katapoti graduated from the Department of History and Archaeology at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in 1995. She completed her postgraduate studies (MA in Archaeology & Prehistory) at the Department of Archaeology at the University of Sheffield in 1997 and her Ph.D. at the same university in 2005. She is an Associate Professor of Cultural Theory and Digital Culture in the Department of Cultural Technology and Communication at the University of the Aegean.

Her research interests and teaching focus on cultural theory, the study of the philosophy of technology, as well as the history and theory of archaeology. In recent years, she has been exploring the relationship between digital technologies, social media, and the broader field of cultural heritage, with the ultimate goal of critically assessing the impact and contribution of "digitality" to the management and promotion of the past. She has published a series of scientific articles on the relationship between archaeology and social media, the formation of mnemonic networks and communities in cyberspace, and the design of hybrid models for managing cultural heritage.

In 2013, she co-edited the collective volume "An Archaeology of Land Ownership" (London: Routledge) with Dr. Maria Relaki. In 2021, she is editing the collective volume titled "Emerging Technologies and Cultural Heritage" (Alexandria Publications, co-edited by Alexandra Bounia/University of the Aegean). Her most recent work is the collective volume titled "Black Mirror: The Black Mirror of Digitality" (Kastaniotis Publications, 2022).

Dr. Alexandros Fabio Kilias holds a PhD from the University of the Aegean, Department of Cultural Technology and Communication, i-Lab.  He graduated from the Ionian University, Dept. of Audio and Visual Arts (2012). Then, he earned a master’s degree in Architectural Visualisation, in University of Kent (2014). He worked as 3D Artist in hard surface modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering and animation for various projects with experience in working under pressure in order to meet challenging deadline. His research interests include three-dimensional computer graphics, virtual reality, modeling, designing virtual environments on any digital environmental art, 3D photorealism and digital visualisation of architecture.

Dr. Michalas is a Professor in the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department of the University of Western Macedonia. From 2015 is the director of the MSc Programme “Modern Information Technologies and Services” co-organized from the Department of Informatics of the UOWM and the Department of Informatics of the University of Piraeus. His research interests focus on the design and performance evaluation of wired and wireless networks, advanced distributed network services and Quality of Service/Experience. He has participated in a large number of European and National research programs in these areas. Dr Michalas is the author of several peer-reviewed publications in these areas and serves as a technical program committee member and reviewer in international conferences and journals. He is also employed as a senior researcher in EU funded Horizon-2020 research projects, with the High Speed Communications Networks Laboratory, School of Electrical and Computer Engineering, National Technical University of Athens. His research experience focuses on the design and implementation of distributed systems, communication network technologies/protocols, wireless ad-hoc networks, wireless sensor networks, scheduling, load balancing, routing, QoS/QoE, cloud computing and artificial intelligence. Dr. Nikolaos I. Miridakis is Assistant Professor in University of West Attica, Department of Informatics and Computer Engineering. He received his M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in Networking and Data Communications from the Department of Information Systems, Kingston University, U.K. in 2008 and from the Department of Informatics, University of Piraeus, Greece in 2012, respectively. Since 2007, he has been with the Department of Computer Systems Engineering, Piraeus University of Applied Sciences, Greece, where he is an Adjunct Assistance Professor and Research Associate.

His research interests lies in the general field of wireless communication networks and signal processing with a particular emphasis on green communications, MIMO transmission, cognitive radio systems, interference mitigation techniques, and multi-carrier communications. In addition, he frequently serves as a reviewer and technical program committee (TPC) member for several prestigious international journals and conferences.

To date, he has participated successfully in 5 national research projects as a senior researcher or as an external evaluator. He has published 2 books, 23 peer-review international journal papers and 9 peer-review international conference papers, all in related research fields.

Archontoula Vasilara is a Civil Engineer Architect, graduated from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) in 1997. In 1999, she obtained a postgraduate diploma specializing in Urban Planning and Spatial Planning. In 2011, she earned her Ph.D. with a dissertation titled "Perception and Recording of the Olfactory Landscape" in the field of Urban Planning and Spatial Planning at NTUA. In 2013, she obtained a teaching qualification from the Pedagogical Institute (ASPAITE).

She belongs to the Teaching Staff of the NTUA, in the School of Architecture, in the field of Urban Planning and Spatial Planning, with a focus on "Analysis and Design of the Urban Environment and Landscape." Since 1997, she has been a researcher at the Laboratory of Urban Composition at NTUA.

Her academic interests revolve around the conceptualization of the urban space, its organizational structure, and the relationship between humans and the urban environment. She explores how the urban space is perceived, appropriated by humans, and expressed through various representation systems. She also examines the concept of landscape as a result of the perception, real, emotional, and ideological image of a place, with various dimensions encompassing both material and conceptual components.

Her research experience includes participation in research programs related to the physiognomy of Greek cities, the physiognomy of the geographical landscape, environmental management, the integrated urban approach to historic cities, and spatial planning for islands.

Her professional experience focuses on the design and construction of mainly residential buildings in urban environments and traditional settlements, as well as urban planning studies.

Her publications, both in Greek and international media, mainly cover topics related to the physiognomy of places and the distinction of landscapes, with a particular emphasis on the olfactory landscape. She has participated as a speaker in several seminars and conferences.

Epameinondas Tsiggas holds a degree in Agricultural Topographic Engineering and a Ph.D. in Architecture, specializing in Urban Planning and Spatial Planning, from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA).

He is a member of the Teaching and Research Staff (TRS) at the Laboratory of Spatial Planning and Geographic Information Systems in the Department of Urban and Regional Planning at the School of Civil Engineering of NTUA.

His area of expertise is Digital Technology in Spatial Analysis and Spatial Design.

His research and academic interests include:

• GIS & Remote Sensing in Spatial Planning
• Methods and processes of cartographic representation of spatial phenomena at both urban and regional scales
• Modern methods for creating cartographic basemaps suitable for urban planning and spatial planning, using photointerpretation and remote sensing techniques (processing high-resolution satellite images, land use classification, and digital image processing for spatial analysis)
• Spatial decision-making models and policy implementation for spatial planning
• Integration of spatial data models, organization, and interpretation of the digital space, 3D design

He has participated in 19 research programs, including 5 European programs (ESPON).

Since 1995, he has been teaching and supervising exercises in the course "Spatial Design and Geographic Information Systems" at the School of Architecture, NTUA. Since 2019, he has been assigned full autonomy in teaching and coordination of the course.

Thomas K. Dasaklis is currently an Assistant Professor at the Hellenic Open University, School of Social Sciences. He graduated from the University of Piraeus, Department of Industrial Management and Technology. He holds an M.Sc. degree in supply chain management and a PhD degree in emergency supply chain management and disaster response, from the University of Piraeus. His research interests lie in the area of supply chain management, operational research, humanitarian logistics/disaster response, data analysis, and blockchain technology. He has participated in National and European Research projects and has published more than 30 papers in books, peer-reviewed journals and conference proceedings. He has worked for the European Commission (DG Humanitarian Aid and Civil Protection) and the University of Piraeus Research Centre. He has also worked in the private sector for three years as a supply chain director. He has served as a guest editor, Program Committee member and reviewer for various international journals and scientific conferences.

Dr. Vangelis Malamas is an experienced technology consultant and researcher with a strong academic background and industry expertise in emerging technologies. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from the University of Patras and also a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Hellenic Open University. He completed his MSc in Computer Science and earned his PhD in Distributed Security and Trust Management Technologies for IoT, both from the University of Piraeus. With a focus on IT Security, Blockchain, and Distributed Systems, Dr. Malamas has contributed to numerous EU and national research projects, providing expertise in AI, cybersecurity, trust management, and privacy-enhancing technologies. He has developed decentralized solutions across blockchain platforms (Ethereum, Hyperledger). He specializes in Metaverse, AI, cryptography, digital identities and authored several publications in prestigious international conferences and journals. He also holds an ISO/IEC 27001:2013 Lead Auditor certification. Dr. Konstantina Siountri studied architecture at the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA), where she earned a Master’s degree in the conservation of historical buildings and heritage management. She holds a PhD in Digital Cultural Heritage from the University of the Aegean, Department of Cultural Technology and Communication, and a MSc in "Climate Change and ICT" from the University of Piraeus.

She is an Adjunct Lecturer and Member of the Scientific Committee in the MSc program “Digital Culture, Smart Cities, IoT, and Advanced Digital Technologies” at the University of Piraeus, Department of Informatics. She is also Adjunct Lecturer in the MSc program "Modern Information Technologies and Services" at the University of Western Macedonia, Department of Informatics. Additionally, she is a Visiting Lecturer at the Urban and Regional Planning Department of the School of Architecture, NTUA.

Dr. Siountri has participated in numerous design projects in Greece and Cyprus, including distinguished entries in European architectural competitions. From 2003 to 2009, she worked as a Supervising Engineer on restoration projects, landscape planning, and the management of UNESCO monuments and historical sites, funded by the European Community, for the Greek Ministry of Culture. She has also collaborated as a scientific associate with the American School of Classical Studies in Athens (ASCSA) and she was a member of the Organizing Committee for Tripolis-Arcadia 2021, the city’s candidacy for European Capital of Culture 2021 (ECoC 2021).

Since 2011, she has been working for Service of Modern Monuments and Technical Projects of Attica, Eastern Central Greece and Cyclades at the Hellenic Ministry of Culture, focusing on the protection, management, and monitoring of cultural heritage. From 2025, she is the Deputy (Acting) Director of the Servise and from 2024 she is also Deputy (Acting) Head of the Dpt. for the Protection of Modern Monuments and Movable Cultural Properties.

She has served as a Consultant and Scientific Advisor for the General Secretariat of Spatial Planning & Urban Environment, Ministry of Environment and Energy (2020-2024), coordinating projects such as #MissionCities and #EUmissions, and leading the NEB working group #NewEuropeanBauhaus. She is also nominated as an EU Climate Pact Ambassador.

She actively participates in numerous conferences, activities, and seminars on climate neutrality, digital services for smart cities, and the conservation and sustainability of historical buildings and sites.

Panagiotis Tsakonas studied Physics at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, where he received his undergraduate degree. He also holds an MSc in Electronic Automation and a Ph.D. in Educational Technology from the same university.

His research interests focus on the development of simulation and visualization software in two and three dimensions to support teaching in Computer Science and Physics.

He has been involved as a Developer in the creation of the "Digital School" platform, the enrichment of the digital repository "Photodentro," and the formulation of the new Curriculum for teaching Computer Science in high school. He has also served as a Coordinator in enriching the Graded Difficulty Question Bank in Physics for high school, an Author of a school manual, and an Evaluator of educational textbooks for the Hellenic Pedagogical Institute.

He has published over thirty papers in conference proceedings and peer-reviewed scientific journals, as well as more than twenty-five presentations at international and Greek conferences (with peer review). Additionally, he has developed over fifty titles of educational software.

Dr. Emmanouil Skondras is a Lecturer (P. D. 407) at University of Piraeus, Department of Informatics, while at the same time he is a Postdoctoral researcher in Next Generation Wireless Networks at University of Piraeus, Department of Informatics. He received his PhD in Next Generation Wireless Networks at University of Piraeus, Department of Informatics. Also, he received his MSc in Computer Science at the Athens University of Economics and Business, Department of Informatics and his BSc in Informatics and Computer Technology from the Technological Educational Institution of Western Macedonia, along with two yearly scholarships and one award in respect of his high degrees. Additionally, he is Adjunct Lecturer in MSc Programmes of University of Piraeus and University of Western Macedonia, while at the same time he is working as ICT specialist in Network Operations Center (NOC) of University of Piraeus. He has also worked in R&D projects of Information Technology Industry. Kotsifakos Dimitrios is a Ph.D. holder and post-Doc researcher, in the Department of Informatics at the University of Piraeus, Greece. He also holds MSc in Informatics from the University of Piraeus, awarded with Distinction (2010), and holder of degree in Electronic Engineering from the Technological Educational Institute (Α-TEI) of Athens (1990). In 2012, he completed a one-year Pedagogical Training Program and in 2022 he completed a Specialization Program in Counseling & Career Guidance at the School of Pedagogical and Technological Education (ASPΑΙTE) in Athens.  Dr. Kotsifakos has organised and participated in seminars, and training programs related to Electronics, Informatics, and Electrical Studies as well as in international and Greek conferences. He is appointed as a Secondary School Teacher of Electronics (Vocational Education and Training, VET) and he is Director of the 1st Laboratory Center of Agios Dimitrios. He is especially active in innovative actions concerning the educational process and he has received awards for the cultural programs he has developed. He is the father of four children. Evangelia Vagena is a Lawyer at the Supreme Court, with academic specialization and professional experience in new technologies, information and intellectual property law and with a certified specialization in the protection of personal data (CIPP / E / IAPP).

She is vice president of the Association for Data Protection and Privacy - HADPP, member of the team of the Legal Informatics Laboratory of the Athens Law School.

She holds a postgraduate degree in Law and Informatics (DEA Droit et Informatique) from the University of Montpellier I, PhD from the Law School of the University of Athens.

Yannis Kotsonis is a musician, sound artist and improviser living in Athens. He has composed electronic music for theater, video dance, multimedia installations and film. He gives regular concerts and collaborates frequently with other musicians, including a longstanding improvising duo collaboration with Danae Stefanou, under the name acte vide. He has released seven solo albums, as Sister Overdrive and under his own name and has contributed to several compilations. Since 2009 he has been active as a workshop, residency and concert coordinator (Syros Sound Meetings, KNOTmusic, minor act).

Born in Athens. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design & Visual Communication from the University of West Attica and an MA in Digital Arts from the Athens School of Fine Arts. She is a co-founding member of the Metoo Communication Design team (est. 2005). Metoo Design team specializes in visual communication, with an emphasis on cultural research. It has collaborated with important institutions and artists, participated in exhibitions in Greece and abroad and has received a variety of distinctions. In recent years, the team has been creating motifs and characters inspired by Greek tradition, and has been applying them on everyday objects.This new vision is implemented by combining graphic art with design and up-to-date technology with traditional production techniques. Metoo investigate new ways of perceiving of something familiar, derived from an older time. Its objective is to revive the various motifs found in Greek culture through a contemporary viewpoint and to incorporate them into everyday life. Thanks to this project they have established ongoing collaborations with museum gift shops (the Benaki museum being their prime collaborator) and various other organizations that aim to promote Greek design. Concurrently with her artistic work in Metoo, in 2010, Ms. Kakoulidou started her collaboration with the Hellenic Military Geographical Service where she worked as a map designer. In September 2020, she began working as a graphic designer for the National Center for Audiovisual Media and Communication (ΕΚΟΜΕ).
