In the presentation we will ask about the new challenges facing historical research in the digital condition. In the past, the knowledge about the past, the information, the feelings and the reasons for it were formed through the monographs composed by the historians. But what happens today where knowledge and feelings about the past are largely shaped on computer or mobile phone screens, how do today's new technologies present new theoretical models for historical narratives? How are the new research questions shaped in these environments?

Dr. Ada Dialla is Associate Professor of European History at the Department of Theory and History of Art of the School of Fine Arts and since March 2017 President of the same Department. He is the chairman of the Board of Directors. of the Humanities Research Center and Scientific Manager of the International Research Program "The Greek Revolution of 1821: Digital Archive". Her research interests focus on the History of Russia and Europe during the 19th and 20th centuries (with an emphasis on Transnational History, Empire and Nationalism), the History of Humanitarian Interventions and Humanitarianism, and the History of Historiography.
